We all know how important eating well is for our bodies but what about for our mind?

New research now indicates that what we eat takes a toll on our brain, either in a positive or negative way. How does it do that? It all comes down to out gut. Our gut plays a major role in keeping our immune system and response to inflammation under control. The gut also produces hormones that either enter the brain or are produced in the brain and impact our cognitive function.
