Crudo is a new little eatery tucked into a cluster of suburban shops at Braid Rd, St Andrews. My sister-in-law Denise and I were there for a Friday meal and I’d been looking forward to it. It’s been set up by hospitality couple Amy Hodgson and Charlie Duncan, who own the successful Cinnamon business in the same neighbourhood as Crudo.
