Keeping spirits high when the temperature outside dips low and daylight hours dwindle can be a real internal battle. In fact that ho-hum feeling induced by endless drizzly days is a recognised disorder. It’s called seasonal affective disorder (SAD), essentially it’s feeling mildly depressed during the cold months.
