Mike Van Der Hoeven of Magills: 'We make our products with passion and time'

There are a lot of us crammed into Mike Van Der Hoeven’s small Te Awamutu office. It’s a blazing hot November morning, and the space is overflowing with the workings of the Magills Butchery owner and managing director, two of his offspring and us.
