Stand back. I am not one of those diehard fans of peanut butter and chocolate. You see, a good dessert cannot be faked - it demands an innate understanding of why sweet is good. In my mind, the mouth-cloying power of peanut butter so often means the subtleties and nuances in flavour of a good dark chocolate are lost.
