Shepherd Elliott, 42, and his brother, Jesse Simpson, 39, are Wellington restaurateurs who run Ti Kouka Café and Leeds Street Bakery. Elliott, the chef, is renowned for using waste products in his food and Jesse is manager and front of house, meeting and greeting customers.
