These quick and easy plums are great with cheese – here I have paired them with a Puhoi Valley washed rind. Puhoi’s French cheesemaker Franck Beaurain makes some delicious French-style cheeses and I found the washed rind paired beautifully with the sweet-salty-sour plums.
