Recipes: Sam Mannering's and grilled squid with orange, fennel & olives, and syllabub

During these relaxed summer days, the question of lunch always ends up as rather a lot of overheated, still-bloated-from-breakfast indecision. Something light, yet sustaining; anything based around rocket or baby spinach never quite cuts it.
