Five-hundred kilograms of chocolate was baked, drizzled, poured and moulded and a tonne of beef, lamb, chicken, pork, venison and salmon was cooked and presented to judges by the rising stars of New Zealand’s culinary and hospitality industry, who cooked their hearts out across four days at the 2016 NZChefs National Salon.
