Sid Sahrawat began training to be a chef when he was 14, in Chennai, India. At first he wasn't certain it was the career for him, but he came to thrive off the pressure and intensity of the kitchen, and the creativity of the job. “That's the most exciting thing of being a chef â you’re creating stuff all the time,” says Sahrawat.
