Michael Meredith (left), 41, is the chef and owner behind Eat My Lunch, the buy-one-gift-one project that delivers lunch to school kids who would otherwise go without. Joe Walsh, 38, is a musician in Jordan Luck Band. He started volunteering at Eat My Lunch a year ago and now works there.
