Recipe: Salt cod and parsley by Sam Mannering

This might raise a few eyebrows. But trust me, salt cod is good. Seriously good. Salting is one of the oldest means of food preservation. I find it somewhat romantic that despite fridges making the process obsolete, the tradition has endured.
