This recipe is a bit special to me. When I was approached about contributing a few personal recipes for The Great New Zealand Baking Book, I immediately thought of this. Every time I eat some, I feel like it's the mid 90s again: I'm about 8 years old, the adults are having after-dinner coffee and I'm about to get into trouble because I should be in bed. But I'm not. I'm out to sneak a bit of this stuff.
