Ingredients: 3 cups flour; ½ cup sugar; 2 teaspoons cream of tartar; 1 teaspoon baking soda;1 teaspoon mixed spice; 50g cold butter; About 1 cup milk; ¾ cup mixed dried fruits, eg diced apricots, sultanas and mixed peel; ½ cup chocolate chips. White icing: 2 teaspoons lemon juice; About 1 cup icing sugar; Mini easter eggs and ribbon (optional).
