Recipe: Summer vegetable linguine with garlic thyme crumb

It's officially autumn, but there are plenty of summer vegetables in abundance to be turned into simple meals for eating al fresco. This meal is typical of the Mediterranean way of eating รข€“ lots of vegetables, tomatoes and olive oil. The Mediterranean diet is associated with significantly lower rates of heart disease and diabetes, with its high intake of monounsaturated fats (high in olive oil) which are good for your cholesterol.
